Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Saqafat collects when you book a room, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, email address and mobile number, so we can confirm your booking and reach you if something changes. We also keep a record of your bookings and payments.

We do not ask for a postal address. Your session happens at our studio, so there is nothing to deliver.

Payments

Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment provider. Full card numbers never reach Saqafat and are never stored on our systems.

Your recordings

What you record belongs to you. We hand over your files at the end of the session and delete our working copies afterwards unless you ask us to keep them. We never publish, share or use your material without written permission.

Getting your data removed

Email us and we will delete your account and personal details, apart from the payment records we are required to keep.
