Booking and payment

A booking reserves a specific room for a specific number of hours. It is confirmed once payment is received. Rates are per hour and shown before you pay.

Your session

Your time starts and ends as stated on your confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the booked time, because the room may be needed after you.

To run longer, ask the engineer — if the room is free afterwards, extra hours are charged at the same rate.

Changes and cancellations

Bookings can be moved or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside 24 hours the session is charged in full, as the room can no longer be re-let.

Conduct and equipment

Studio equipment must not be re-rigged or removed. You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests. Smoking is not permitted in any room.

What you record

You own your recordings and are responsible for their content, including any permissions needed from your guests. Saqafat claims no rights over your material.
